[GBlist] plea to reduce archive size

Hi folks,

I love reading every discussion I can, but I do it via archive form. That
way I have it all in one email. However, my web emailer will only fetch
1,000 lines at a time, so often, I don't get entire discussions. 

The problem is, replies often contain a couple of generations of
messages--the message the person is responding to, plus the original
message that sparked it, and so on. In other words, the whole thread is
documented. Sometimes half an archive consists of messages repeated over
and over this way.

So if you would, please try to paste only the message you are replying
to--and only the necessary parts of it, if possible.
