Re: [GBlist] Insulating paint

Beverly: I know it's been a bit of time since your
posting, but I recently came across a latex paint
called Radiance that seems to be what you're asking
about. It's probably about $6-$10 more per gallon than
your average paint, and it's made for both interior
and exterior applications. I've been thinking about
it myself, since I have to repaint inside anyway, but
haven't heard anything else about it. The company
bills itself as an EnergyStar ally on its brochure, so
I'm assuming there has been some sort of *official*
testing of its product for energy efficiency. If you
want more info, the Web site is
www.radiancecomfort.com.
