approach UNvented heaters with care - they are illegal in MANY jurisdictions, illegal in most bedrooms and can be very problematic -  had a discussion Tuesday with a contractor using ICFs (insulated concrete forms) had a REAL problem with floors coming up, turned out that the condensation from the propane fireplace/heater was condensing on the windows dripping down onto the floors and causing the floors to come up   Linda Lloyd
