Sandra,
I use Baltic Birch for kitchen and shop cabinets and other things... 1/2"
thick and 9 plys of wood, cost about $40 for a piece 5' x 5'. It is also
used in the Die-Board industry, very strong because of the number of plys.
It is made in Russia and shipped here. Do you know anything about it? Glue?
etc. Any specs would be appreciated.
