I read recently that stucco in this area tends to "turn green and be
subject to mildew and other fungi" or words to that effect. So your
statement that it's LESS prone to mildew interests me, particularly
because I had been thinking of stucco for the exterior.
Does your statement refer to a particular kind of stucco, or stucco in
general?
