Hi,

I was told something similar, that they could not use the word 
"health" in the name of the paint for some regulatory/legal reason, 
and that Harmony is a new and improved version of HealthSpec. Though 
I am not sure it is "improved"  see below.

I found that out about six months ago, when when it was time to paint 
the house.  HealthSpec was not available at any of the local stores, 
and Harmony was not yet available. This delayed my entire remodeling 
project.  Also, Harmony is not available in "extra white" which ruled 
out the paint scheme we wanted to use (very light, bright pastels) 
the only "white" (I never realized that there are so many "whites" 
till now...) available in Harmony is a dingy grayish looking white, 
that  cannot be made into the bright/light pastels (I forgot the 
exact names that SW use to refer to the whites and bright colors...)

One thing about Harmony (I do not know about HealthSpec) it peels off 
the walls very easily.  for example when we masked the paint (about 
two weeks after applying it) using blue tape the paint peeled with 
the tape. also, if you bump/scratch the paint, it will come off the 
wall. moreover it seem to create a tough film, and when it starts 
peeling off the wall a large chunk peels off... The painter did not 
like it at all. He said that this is the worst paint he's ever 
used....
