I don't know of a Maine Green Building Consortium, but if you mean the Maine
Green Campus Consortium (from my earlier post), I am a member. At this point
all reps -representatives from public and private institutions and a few
individuals- are volunteers while grant applications are processed for paid
staff. The organization addresses all the issues involved in greening the
campus -not just buildings.

If this is the group you mean,  you could contact me.
