Re: [GBlist] Milk Paint

We can live with our materials AND our animals, that help us survive and
exist, IF AND ONLY IF we do it with respect. The majority of tribal natives
managed for centuries to take (and give) with respect and that respect is
what maintained a certain balance. Animals are not ours to exploit but ours
to steward. Neither are forests. Permaculture does well to decrease the
impact while maintaining the diversity of our ecosystems (which does not
mean avoiding the benefits of animals). Cohousing and Ecovillages are
helping us develop the social side of our green building. Ecoforestry allows
for sustainably harvested timber. We are approaching the Green way
steadfast. Let the others watch and learn :)
