[GBlist] water-efficient washers

Did water-efficient washers -mean clothes washers??
If so, RealGoods used to carry a tabletop model that you could spin yourself and it uses no electricity and less water per amount of clothing. Its very portable. It's size is small but maybe one could use that for small clothing items and a larger washer for larger items. see http://www.realgoods.com/shop/search.cfm
They may be able to give you info about it over the phone but I did not see the item tonight on their website.
