[GBlist] Need Nor CAL builder & drafter ASAP
I would like to know if any of you could recommend a builder and a
drafter
for a new guest house on tree farm in Northern California.
The project is off I-5 between Redding and Red Bluff in Northern
California.
The owner has sketched up plans and knows what she wants but needs to
have drafted for permit.
This first project will be stick frame construction
The owner is in a hurry, she has had some unfortunate experiences with
an architect,
which has set the project back several months.
The new farm will be organic tree farm.
The owner is committed to sustainable building, but needs to move
quickly.
I think a builder who is available and could guide this owner and is
willing to listen
and respect her ideas would be a good fit.
This is the first building on the site. A Master plan of more buildings
is in the works.
I would love to take on the project, but I am too busy until mid summer.
Let me know if anyone interested and available ASAP.
Thanks,
Barbara Linn
Portland, OR architect
