[GBlist] NorCAL builder & drafter Updated request

Hello again greenbuilders,

I wanted to update my request for the Northern California drafter and
builder
for the guest house on the Lindentree Farm. The diverse farm will
include trees, flowers, vegetables,
animals, etc.

It is located between Redding and Red Bluff, California.
The style of house is French country, stick frame construction with roof
trusses with standing seam metal roof.
The owner is chemically sensitive, so all materials must contain no
V.O.C's.

I wish I could take it on, but I am too busy until early fall. I am
trying to help find the right team to help Martha realize her
dreams.

The plans have been started, but need to be drafted on CAD with
coordination of structural.
Martha needs help on this right away! If you are honest, reliable and
thorough in construction
and / or drawing and are willing to work in that area, please contact
the owner directly if you are interested:

Martha Lutz= mrlutz@erols.com

Thanks so much,

Barbara Linn
Portland, OR architect
