[GBlist] GPS to Map Practicals

There are so many varied people on this list .... let me post this question
/ request. I think this would be very useful in the Green Environment.

I need to convert GPS output to actual location hopefully on a vector based
CAD system. I would like to do this from GPS hand held to COMPAQ IPAQ to
cradle to PC to CAD. I would appreciate any help with equipment
suggestions, software suggestions , etc... I have already accumulated a
great deal but I have learned that third party witness is inherently valuable.
