I'm not sure about getting the info on the t-111spec as it is a ply siding
with a simple lap joint not intended for loading. Interesting product though
but I read an article about it delaminating under extreme moisture.  A solid
wood shiplap would probably perform better at similar cost or even ext.
grade ply t&g sheathing. The 8' of eps though probably would provide the
loading you need if it was a single piece of eps. if that is what you were
wondering about - the compressive strength is pretty high though I like the
idea of using it in layers.
