[GBlist] question about warehouse renovation

Hi - I am working on a project for a brownfields class, and one of the
sites I am looking at redeveloping is an old, underutilized warehouse.  
I am looking for any case studies of green renovation and redevelopment of
a large, likely contaminated warehouse.
