Subject: Texas issues

Hi,new guy here, looking for any recommended links and leads on
affordable "green" building. My fiancee and I are thinking of
building a home, and we're partial to a strawbale home with
other "green" ideas on it as well. Is there anyone who can help me
out with leads on this? This would be for the Fredericksburg or
Austin Texas.
