[GBlist] sealing stucco walls

The walls of the house I am building are finished with traditional three
coat stucco with the third coat being Drivit.  It has been suggested I seal
the outside with a clear sealer (the Drivit is colored of course, and quite
thin).   There is no wood in the walls.  I welcome informed opinions.
