There is apparently a break in the link to the ASHE guidance statement
on the ASHE web page. I have made it directly available on the Healthy
Building Network page. In other words if you can't download it directly
through the ASHE page, go to the HBN healthcare page
(www.healthybuilding.net/healthcare/hindex.html to download it.
