I had ment this for the list last week but must have only sent it to
sacie.....here it is again...

 Try thermotech up here in Ottawa, Canada.   They have no stock sizes, so
 that will help, along with great exchange rate..I think its
 thermotechwindows.com or email this fellow named Troy Glasner
troy2@magma.ca

 They are the best performing window available they have the top slots on
the
 goverment testing organization...I forgot the name but they put the
 performance stickers on the window............. and I know they are
 competitive in price with Pella.
