RE: [GBlist] Tiny HRVs

Cathy:

Thanks for the links. The down side with ductless apperas to be that the
exhaust and intake (both inside and out) are so close to each other that the
air streams will mix. So efficiency will be reduced and fresh air comming
in will be likely to mix with stale air going out.

Cheers,
Ralph

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions on ventilating my small house.
I'm still researching options but thought others might be interested in
these two small, ductless HRVs I stumbled onto.

Thermax TW series, 80-120 CFM, "500-750 square feet": $395-585
details: http://www.kooltronic.com/thermax/catalog/twunits.htm

Stirling RecoupAerator SW-120, 85-110 CFM; filtration; rotary core; $779
details: http://www.lychonia.com/contractors/sw120_specs.html

Also, if anyone has experience with either of these units, I'd be
interested in hearing about it.

Thanks,

Cathy
