Thanks for sharing that news!  It's a wonderful lift to the spirits to hear 
some good news - or at least as good as it gets some days.

Maybe this will give green building and alt energy some cachet, being in 
the middle of luxe N American consumerism.  Change our image from 
sandal-wearing, granola-eating weirdos - maybe.  <(^o^)>

I'll be watching this.
