Hi Matt:

There was a wonderful countertop made of concrete and recycled glass 
in the CMHC Healthy House here in Toronto.  I remember that the guy 
who made it had his place of business on Queen St E here, but can't 
remember the name.
I'm sure if you contacted CMHC, they would be able to tell you who it 
was and where to find him.
