I've attached the link (http://healthyhomebuilder.com) of a builder in the
Portland area who has spoken about the issue of EMF's, and has some
experience with metal roofs and sensitive individuals.

He (Cecil) had a customer who could feel the voltage generated by a backup
9V battery.  They grounded the roof, and all was fine.  He's a good source.
