[GBlist] Benjamin Moore Pristine Eco Spec paint

Has anyone had any problems with Benjamin Moore Pristine Eco Spec paint?
On a fairly recent project of mine, we spec'd this paint and it now seems
to be rubbing off the walls. It doesn't appear to be a compatibility
problem -- the paint is not peeling or flaking -- it simply comes up with a
light rub of a towel, and the previous color is now beginning to show through.

Any ideas/comments?

thanks,
