[GBlist] Another good reason for green building...

Yes, all the more green reason to conserve, reclaim, use it more wisely/effectively.  Reduce use to compensate.

They personally (plant owners, managers, workers) should be held liable for the consequences. They should pay the medical bills for human and earth damage.

The effected public should not have to pay for the consequences, through taxes or higher medical insurance because of someone else's decisions and actions.

How about make everyone pay higher electric rates to cover the cost of burning clean?

How about letting the market say "we do not pay for dirty power" . Need to start a campaign of "Everyone just plain refuse to pay for electricity generated from dirty generation."

What ever happened to our ability to vote with our pocket books?

If no one pays their dirty electric utility bill, will they put everyone in jail?

Some of my 2 cents.
