[GBlist] Thru-the-wall vent plume

We have a furnace with a thru-the-wall vent which is located on the side
of our house. On cold days, the plume it makes is so large that cars
stop to see if the house is on fire.

It's already behind a fence with a large bush nearby, but the plume
overwhelms their effects.

Is there anything we can add to the exhaust to eliminate (or at least
reduce) the plume?

TIA, Fred Hooper
