10 times! , so if you've reading messages, you should have know.

It is all stated in the header of every mail,
( and I quote out of this header, for the last time "on" the
list ) :
"    List-Unsubscribe:
<mailto:greenbuilding-unsubscribe@crest.org>   
"

So Kevin send simply a blank mail without subject or contents
to :      
greenbuilding-unsubscribe@crest.org
and your out a here.

P.S. i hope the moderator or list owner, will succeed in placing this 1
line
of how to un-subscribe, UNDER each message, than this problem is solved
for ever.
