Hello,
Well, I haven't been in touch with
Wind & Sun lately, but I bought from them about 3 years ago,
so they have been around awhile. Yes that is a good price on
the Sunrise Pump, and I do believe this would be a good pump
for you, if your water needs are within what this pump can
provide.
I was doing some research on pumps tonight for another
project I am doing, and you should check out the web page
this guy near Boulder, CO did on these pumps.

Excellent resource. This will help you make the right choice
for the pump. You will also need the controller, whcih is
essentailly a linear current booster.

Hey everyone,

Sorry to those not on the PV Users list, but most of you use
alternative
energy....

Does anyone know how reputable a company called Wind and Sun
is. I think
that is the name. Anyway, they have Sunrise pumps (the 5228)
at $1650.
That seems like a rockin' deal compared to a few months ago.
I have a
500 foot well here in MT, and I think this is my only real
alternative
to go stay 100% solar. But I don't know anything about that
particular
company. Thanks for any info.
