PV: Re: heat
Check into the electric radiant heat panels; warming air and blowing it
will make those who can't be at the outlet colder by moving the air.
I have a reference some where (I'll try to dig it up) to 100W panels
for under $100 (I think it was about $70), and have two output
levels. Combine that with a proximity sensor...
So, why do they need heat? Are they under dressed? Where?
Just wearing pants (no other layers)? Thin gloves? No hats?
Is the structure fully enclosed?
Probably would make a difference for how you supply the heat.
