Please keep me posted on what they are trying to do... I have 
always had my suspicions of Grid Tied systems... it is why I 
chose to have an independent PV setup, free from all grid 
connections... I use a little grid power, if I have to, but most 
of my power usage comes from my own PV array in the back 
yard...
