I follow the list whenever there are posts. I'd like
to see more just normal sharing of info - pointers to
articles on the web or other websites that are of
interest.

Maybe we could get a bit more traffic on the list if
we expanded it to encompass info and questions for
people interested in learning about PV - not just for
users. It may scare people off who think that the list
is only for current users of PV.

I'm interested in people sharing info on 

 - Local or national legislation that may impact PV
technologies
 - Good sources for products or knowledge
 - First hand accounts of dealing with utilities
 - People generally sharing experiences
