[pvusers] Long-range outlook study

Here's an interesting piece of research done by Shell
on long-term energy supply sources. It looks at
scenarios for the future development and spread of PV
as well as other energy supplies.

The study looks out 50 years and puts forth two
primary scenarios:

1. Long term transition to Solar and Fuel Cells as
primary sources of energy.

2. Long-term transition to hydrogen as the world's
primary energy source.

It's interesting and thought provoking.
