I have to interject briefly here.  I've seen discussions on this in the past
along with information about how Sun Frost arrived at their numbers.
Differing numbers were explained through differing testing proceedures.
(See references below for a statement by Sun Frost about real world
testing.)  Sun Frost makes a good product that is great for specific
customers.

For my $ I would buy an efficient refrigerator and build an insulating
cabinet around it to reduce the energy consumption even further.  I've done
just that on a 9.5 cu.ft. refrigerator and reduced the consumption to almost
half.
