[pvusers] New List Moderator

Hi All,

Great we have an actual Moderator for the List!  Thanks so to Michael 
for volunteering and following through on it!

For those of you who don't know Michael, he moderates the 
"RE-Wrenches" list and the "RE-Marketing" list (open only to 
professionals in the field) and does a very find job of it.  He's 
been a devoted member of the RE community for years.  So we are in 
good hands!
