Re: [pvusers] Fw: Energy Pig Frig

Chris;

After much research I decided to buy a Kenmore model # 6198  18.79 cu.ft. Energy star rated at 417kwh/yr. =1.14kwh/day
Now the problem after giving it a few days to "catch up" I began metering it's use with a Watts Up power meter. Over the last week it has used 1.72kwh/day or a whopping 50.8% more than published figures.

If you do find out who to complain to, let us all know...  it is worth
thinking about, especially if you buy an Energy Star fridge that is
accidentally or purposely mislabeled...
