I love my RV Power Products SB-50. It's a great unit. Much larger than
your C40's and more pricey too. I've only had to call for technical support
1 time on my unit, and we diagnosed the problem over the phone. (My unit
was one of the early units with internal fuses which tend to fail over
prolonged high amperage use. They have since discontinued the use of those
fuses for that reason. They weren't required by UL either.)
You didn't say what your base system voltage is so I'll let you know what RV
Power has available: SB-50 is 50 amps @ 12 or 24 volts base. SB-3048 is 30
amps @ 24 or 48 volts base.
