I apologize, the 6x12 PV panels I have a source on in my book are amorphous, not crystalline. Also, my source, who has hundreds of these in stock, says they are surplus, not blems. I ordered some for less than $10 each and have yet to do much with them. But I am sure they will power up various appliances when strung together.
My source uses them a tv and DVD player.
I also have a source on panels from pv-powered highway signs that have been slightly damaged.
