I believe that Exeltech does have regular options for both 100VAC & 50Hz.
Don't know if they charge more for those units, but I've heard that they do
ship a few to Japan for telco operations.

Another place to look into would probably be suppliers to phone system
providers.  Their DC usually runs 48v, and some of them run inverters for AC
systems requiring backup power.
