I will do some tests, boiling water on my downdraft barbecue and will post the results on the Stove list. However it will have to wait until ambient temperatures return to a more reasonable level. Today we had 40 C and an unpublished but high humidity, the last thing one tends to think about is testing a stove. Best regards to all in the so-called temperate zone.
