Fw: Trade names, patents



 Daniel,

 I am one of the "little people" as well on this newsgroup.  There are some
 great features of the internet - one of which is that you can do a patent
 search yourself at  www.uspto.gov .  It is the patent and trademark office
 of the US Government and is very user friendly.  The best feature is that
it
 is free.  I use it several times a week as I develop new ideas.
