Andrew, You have laudable aspirations. First, take a deep breath. :-) The most practical solution for moving air has to come from the field. Can a stack effect be used? When is a solar panel and a battery useful? When do you lift a weight in the air and let gravity drive a fan or bellows? Is it worth a treadle and a flywheel?
