Re:<12volt fan was Re: 40 W thermoelectric power
Hi Stovers,
The less-than-12v fans are not rare you know,
every computer-fan supplier has them for
CPU-cooling, in 12 and 5 Volt.
I just picked 1of many examples by a Google search:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
http://www.apower.com.tw/p02.htm
type nr: FS0205LB
size 25x25x10 mm
rated voltage: 5 Volt rated current: 0.07A
rated power 0.40W max speed 6,000 r.p.m.
max airflow :0.85 cfm [ 24 liter/min ]
max air pressure 0.08 in. H2O noise level 22 dBA
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So you see, you can get them standard really smal.

P.S. I have, in the meanwhile, some more info on that aircrete stuff
from Ytong, if you are still interested I'll post it here.
