12volt fan application

Paul- I beg to disagree....  the 12 V. fan used on your average PC power
supply has more than enough power to get a 12-inch dia. charcoal-fired jiko
up to cooking speed in 10% of the usual time. I attached one such  fan
mounted in an open-ended tin can to the side of a jiko under the ceramic
insert & the results are impressive indeed & would certainly be suitable for
any enclosed woodfuel stove- providing you can avoid direct heat & melting
plastic......
