Cinva-Ram blocks

I m trying to put together a plan for a non profit group to build a small
schoolhouse in guatemala.

coming from.
Last year our group built both a water storage unit and a 3 room school
house at Tres Ranchos
Guatemala (highlands) Now we have a request from  a new villiage up stream
6 hours by mule, to build a school house.  It is my idea that we should use
our resources to best advantage.
Namely build or buy a cinva ram and build portland cement adobe type
blocks.  Do you have
any plans for use of the rams and  process of building the bricks or
blocks?
