Andy: Although we have done this and it worked very well, there are 2
problems now:
1) it is now against code
2) one voids the warantee on the heater if used for a non-intended
purposes (this is probably political vs. mechanical, to buy expensive boilers
instead). When you are working for clients and with building officials it
is very different than building for yourself.
