Cellulose wet spray

Hi,

Anyone familiar with cellulose used dry for ceiling isulation and used wet
in vertical stud walls?

Is the glue (to prevent settling) in the wet spray toxic in any way?

Are they a good option for frame insulation?

Any other better options?
