Archives, resource lists by state, and workshop lists?

Hello everyone, lurker here.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that contained a resource list, by
country-state-city, or a current workshop list by country-state-city?

If there isn't one available, I'll start one up for everyone to donate their
information to.  Perhaps it could have a map and you could click on the
state-city to locate the resource list of that location.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, OK?
