Have you thought about getting a piece into the national greenbuilding
conference to be held in Denver this summer.  Apparently it was quite a
rally last year (I wasn't there, so this is hearsay) It is put on by the NBA
and was focusing on residential green building, There might be one or two
builders out there that might take on your challenge.  ( I used to work for
a builder, so I can tell you that it wont be easy, but start with the
builders who are already doing the green thing ) (Also, the president of the
NBA (local I believe), one year ago, seemed to have quite an interest in the
green thing)
