SB Soundwall

Hi all 

I got an email from Karen from the strawbale list when I was chasing
information on SB fence/walls and Karen mentioned one she had heard of but
had not been able to find information on yet. I was just wondering if anyone
else knew of this particular I-80 soundwall? 

SB soundwall along I-80, a big deal official type thing which is what 
your e-mail address suggests you might be looking for. For the 
moment though the rules are


If anyone has any information at all on this I would be very interested in
getting the details. Thanks.
