I don't know about AZ.   The power crisis in CA is *NOT* just a local thing.
It will spread east.  Maybe some smart AZ programs exist.   OH ya, it was a
federal thing, I think.  President Clinton wanted to see a Million Solar
Homes....
Post your question on the sb list.  I know Bill and Athena Steen and Motts
and Judy etc should know about the programs for your state.
