Dear fellow SB'ers:

I have previously posted to this list about my trips into Baja CA to work on
a 800 sq. ft. house. I have invited you to come see it, help work on it,
"party" and have fun.

I know one of you, an all around handyman, has accompanied me down there and
it was a great trip. "Dave" was quite a character and I enjoyed meeting and
working with him. I paid him to help--in other's cases I have paid "r & b".

The word seems to be out on this venture which, truth be told, is nearing
completion. There are at least 50 other sb houses within a mile or two of
mine, making it possibly North America's most concentrated sb building area.

If you are interested in what I have done/am doing, go to
bajanet.com/featured_articles/three_little_pigs.htm.
There are several photos. It also says how best to get in touch with me.
(NOT my hotmail address).

I may have one more working workshop, possibly in mid-October. I know
that's early but I may simply be too busy to make this announcement later.
If you are interested, you must get on an email list.

If you cannot come and visit, which many can't, the story of this
venture--starting with a failed building project in Washington state--is in
my short book Greener Pastures. It includes much discussion about building
codes, restrictive zoning etc. I am truly a pioneer in this field. It is
available only through me at P.O. Box 311, Grover Beach, CA 93483. (It's
$4.95).

Best of luck to all of you who are building/have built this fantastically
wonderful kind of housing.

Bill Seavey
